- How quickly will I get my license key?
- Immediately after Stripe confirms payment. Our webhook validates the session, generates your unique BCUT- license, and emails it via Resend within 60 seconds.
- Can I use Broadcast Cutter on multiple machines?
- Each license activates one machine at a time. You can deactivate a device from the customer portal and move the key as needed.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. If Broadcast Cutter is not a fit within 14 days, reply to your receipt email and we will process a full refund.
- Will I receive future updates?
- Lifetime licenses include all future updates and new feature releases. Major upgrades deliver automatically through the in-app updater.
